I also feel the server has a lot of potential to be a good well known server, as do all servers and i'd like to help out and do my part to get new people on the server everyday. I also have a good experience working with people in semi-stressful conditions. I know the rules and expectations and follow them to the line. I am also very familiar with ULX commands and can act quickly if somebody is either trying to minge/mass rdm on the server, this could also keep the rp on the server to a higher standard.[/color] [color=#e2e2e2]Scenario Questions[/color] [color=#e2e2e2]What would you do if you saw a staff member, higher ranking than you abusing what do you do? 4-6 lines long): Would gather evidence through either screenshot or lines from logs, then call either the Co-Owner or Owner to go and deal with the  the person as quickly and effectively as they can, i'd then provide a staff report on the forumns with the evidence shown clearly so everybody else could understand what they have/are doing.[/color] [color=#e2e2e2]What would you do if a fellow friend of yours was caught breaking rules and you go to the server and find another staff member that is about to punish your friend? (Must be 4-6 lines long): I wouldn't intervene with the staff member dealing with said friend as it is not my sit and therefor i have no durasdiction in what happens, if however the staff member was going to punish my friend with no proof of him doing anything then i'd intervene and ask to wait for a higher ranking staff member to decide either an outcome or action depending on the situation.[/color] [color=#e2e2e2]What would you do if a community member is spreading rude, hateful comments about you on the forum and or in server? (Must be 4-6 lines long): I would delete the message and provide the said member with a forum strike and a reason for it (if i had the perms). I'd firstly grab a senior member of staff who has the permission to delete messages or edit them to not contain the hatred, I'd then further go on to give the member a forum strike and a reason behind this (without perms).
